Myth of Empires is a simple, absorbing game that lacks staying power. Graphics are simple but well done, gameplay is straightforward, multiplayer is very limited. MOE is a game that I can't see myself playing for long. While it does have a lot of replayability, the Myth of Empires game in the sense that you are always building different things, it lacks something. It's an absence of engagement, and the drive to keep playing. I found a lot of my time playing games was meandering and uneventful, which is a huge issue for survival games.

Graphics

Graphics of MOE are simple, but work well. Software is played in a top-down view and most of the world is blocked off until you explore it. MOE's graphics are reminiscent of Minecraft, graphics-style is cartoonish. Graphics are crisp, easy to see. Software realistic graphics add to immersion. Graphics in Myth of Empires download are quite good. MOE is quite a beautiful game, even in its Early Access state. Environments are lush, with a heavy focus on flora and fauna. Night sky is especially impressive, with a full moon and bright, twinkling stars. Graphics of Myth of Empires PC are very nostalgic, and well done. It has a retro 16-bit feeling, with a lot of pixelated creatures, crafting. It all comes together to form a world with a lot of personality.

Gameplay

Gameplay in Myth of Empires free download is simple, straightforward. Gathering is 90% of what you'll do in this game and I found it to be pretty enjoyable. Controls are simple, it can be fun to dig up treasure chests or hunt some animals. Combat is straightforward, but you can't really expect more from a game like this. Crafting is simple, but it does lead to some frustrations. Building in this game is pretty simple. It's a good thing too, because the game punishes you for placing building blocks in the wrong spot by requiring you to destroy them. Gameplay in MOE is pretty good. Product does have a few issues, but overall it is a very solid experience. Gathering is one of the biggest gameplay aspects in MOE. Gathering is done through use of a tool and it feels very satisfying. Building, however, is where download Myth of Empires falls short. Building pieces are only visible for about a second before falling into place and cannot be moved. This takes away a lot of satisfaction from building and makes the whole process feel a bit tedious.

Multiplayer

Multiplayer is pretty straightforward. You can find other players to join your empire, but you can't talk to them and they are not able to see what you're doing. You can play different games together, but again, you can't communicate. Multiplayer in play Myth of Empires is pretty fun. Players in MOE, while not very interactive, seem to all be doing the same thing. There are a lot of resources to be mined and gathered, many structures to be built. Multiplayer in MOE is great for building and crafting, but it falls short in other areas.

Replayability

Replayability of this game is low. Product doesn't have any story and it can get frustrating to gather enough resources to make progress. It's a shame too because it is a very absorbing game. Replayability is on the low side in the Myth of Empires install. Once you build your empire, the whole process just feels a bit monotonous. There isn’t much to do once you’ve done everything, lack of story doesn’t help either. Building your first empire was fun, but that’s it.
